My painting practice brings me joy. As a mom of two, I am grateful to have retreat from the mundane within my studio.

I paint what I love, and what I aim to protect. This island we call home stops me in my tracks, every damn day.

No matter what the season, I find myself reaching for my camera to capture the scenery.

I work with oil paints and soft pastels because they are from the earth, of the earth.
